I have lost 50 lbs in the last 2 years. I did it by increasing my daily activity and eating much less. No surgery involved. My plan is to lose about 15 more pounds so I can return to the weight I was at the age of 21, which was 170lbs. A flat stomach is my goal. Almost there. Feel much better without the extra 50 lbs. I am the real deal. No BS with me. I am honest, dependable and reliable. I know that last sentence sounds very dull, but I am also good natured, funny, easy on the eyes. I do not participate in arguments. I try to have discussions, not arguments. Very rarely raise my voice. I can of course but not very often. I am a glass half full kind of guy. I try to always look on the bright side if possible. I feel that a beautiful woman’s company is the best experience a man can have. I really appreciate beauty. I do not mean that I am looking for Halle Berry on this site. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. But I am interested in meeting a woman who takes care of herself and cares about her appearance. I have had relationships with extremely beautiful women and to be honest, the personality that accompanied their beauty was selfish and ugly. Not saying all women who have the looks of a fashion model are selfish. But some are that way and I find it difficult to spend time with selfish people. I feel that I am an average or better looking man for my age and I would like to meet a woman smiles and laughs a lot. That is very attractive. Not taking life too seriously is also a trait that I like in a woman and I try to display that attitude towards life myself. Looking forward to meeting the right woman to make a life together. Maybe that is you. Don’t be offended, but I need to say that I am not physically attracted to obese women. I like Athletic, Average or a few extra pounds body styles. Not looking for perfection. I am not perfect myself physically. But we don’t need to be perfect. Just perfect for each other.
