Young at heart African American woman, born in Tennessee, raised in Boston for over 35 years and 15 years as a Charlotte, NC resident, who loves life and what it has to offer. Retired but not to be counted out. I am a licensed professional wedding and event planner. I am also the sole owner of a home based wedding and event consulting service since 2007. I am very passionate about everything I do; especially with details. I consider myself an excellent communicator. Rather not be involved with an introvert. My stress releaser is dancing. I love to dress up and attend special events, travel, gardening and making guest feel special in my home. My idea of fun for me includes the following: A day in the mountains specifically at an apple orchard picking apples, hay riding and buying that special apple cider. A night of having fun at a fancy place; usually dancing while enjoying each other; along with laughs of laughter. Walks in a park. And, playing spades.
