I was born and raised in Northern Virginia (just outside Washington DC), went to undergrad in Pennsylvania, returned to Northern Virginia to work for a few years and moved to the Bay Area in January 2012. While I do miss the lively political debate, embassy parties, and Georgetown cupcakes, I love living in the Bay Area.
I studied economics, computer science, and political science in college. I was originally pre-med and computer science, but after taking some economics classes I realized that field was more interesting to me than medicine. Politics and economics are related to an extent so I added a political science major. I kept computer science to satisfy the inner geek in me.
I am the youngest of four children. I have three older sisters. Growing up was...interesting ;)
