Well!!!I have an awesome day job already with great career and a good pension plan set. But I also do my own business at night and weekends (sidework)I do HVAC / plumbing and electrical. I am tied in with these guys that flip houses.So now that I have been doing all the work for them and learning what to do and not to do.I am going to start buying my own multi family houses and become a landlord while I work at my day job for the benefits. But the ultimate goal is to be healthy,safe and retire young and always look out for mom! :)
