On Summer days you will likely find me sitting by a beautiful body of water in meditation and communion with Mother Earth..
In the middle of a rainstorm, I’m either sliding the windows in my home open and curling up in bed with a good movie, or my favorite.. running outside barefoot to dance in the rain..
I find so much joy and peace in nature.
