I enjoy living a very simple uncomplicated life. I am a Christian that embraces the Buddhist philosophy of living. Am open minded, down to earth, and excepting person who is doing what I can to live life in the here and now. I have been a Social Worker, Teacher and foster parent for many years, working mostly with high risk youth. A few years ago I sold everything and jumped on a sail boat and have been traveling around the world as a cook and crew since. Enjoy living a very simple uncomplicated life. I don't need much to be happy.

I love most music yes even some rap. Jazz and old school or my favorite. I was born in New México raised in N. California spent most of my life in the Sierra mountains of N California. I like most anything outdoors, fishing, camping, gardening. I make every effort to eat healthy, no fast foods. Organic when available but not strictly. I strive to always be in balance with my environment, all things in moderation.

I love art, live performance's (was a member of the Sacramento Music Circus and performing arts for many years) enjoy long walks on the beach or in the forest. While I have slowed down some since my youth I am not dead and far from a couch potato.

One might think that with my travels I have had many lovers but while I have met many people and enjoyed much diversity I am not in one place long enough to develop more then a friendship. I am not into one night stands nor fast hook up. Relationships and intimacy mean much more to me and I am looking for someone that feels the same.

I love life on water but it can be very lonely. I am ready to find that special someone to enjoy the rest of my life with and am willing to relocate to make that happen if necessary.

I travel to the US about twice a year to see family and friends.

Someone that is friendly but not controlling. Even tempered slow to anger. Loves to try new things but is ok with the quite moments as well. Open and understanding accepting of others. No couch potatoes please. Tv is ok but not something that controls your day. no Fox News!!!Positive looking for and expecting the best but able to except what is.
