Hello ladies. I do not know what you are looking for in a man, so I will tell you about myself. I like ladies of all races and that definitely includes black women. I work for Suffolk County Dept. of Labor on Long Island and it is somewhat satisfying. I love the summer most of all as I love feeling the sun beating down on me as I am walking along the beach to Fire Island. Upon reaching a restaurant bar I indulge in sea food and a few drinks.
I have done some traveling. Places include Australia, Ireland, Egypt, Guyana. Egypt was by far my most favorite place. The people were so friendly. Ireland was like that too but the weather is a bit rainy. The Irish people are very opened minded. They recently elected a prime minister who is half Indian (parent from India) and openly gay. That is okay though I always preferred the ladies.
What else? Okay I am a rabid Yankee baseball fan. (The other NY sports teams keep on losing, baah.) I enjoy walking whether it be Manhattan or a park on Long Island. My background is solidly middle class. The town I live in is largely Hispanic and I have no problem with that. Though originally from Long Island I lived in Washington DC for about 10 years. I returned to NY and worked in Manhattan for law firms until taking my current job with the county.
I do watch tv but I do not want to lose my interest in reading. But I know people love their tv shows and I can be persuaded to join in. The latest book I have read is call Fear. It is about the Trump presidency. I am not a fan of Trump and politically I vote Democratic. But I would not allow politics to come between friends. It is a personal choice.
As far as religion goes, I am a non-practicing Catholic. I have no problem with other people's churches, but please just do not ask me to join your church. When I do watch tv it is usually the news or if I can find an old or new movie I will sometimes watch.
I do drive and do not mind traveling to meet someone in the tri-states area. But I think Ohio is a bit too far. I am new to this so I will try to add more info in the future. Otherwise, you can ask me what whatever questions you have.
