My Idea Of Fun Is

I generally read non-fiction books. Generally scientific or historically based. Currently reading the "Coming Plague". A book on the history of emerging diseases in the world. Not exactly light reading I know, but interesting none the less.

I love to eat all kinds of foods from all different cultures. Anyone who knows me would say that I love to eat. I love the Discovery channel and Animal Planet. I do like the comedy "Big Bang Theory" as well as science fiction as all sorts.

I love watching movies. Both at home and in the theatre. I like my movies well written, and not predictable. A great action movie is best. I just saw the new Indiana Jones movie. It was nostalgic but sadly predictable.

I love to eat out and try different foods. I do want to travel more. In February, I went to Cuba. It was nice to getaway in the middle of winter. A couple of years before that, I did a tour of Alberta and had a fantastic time.
