I am a kind, loyal and gentle person who loves to communicate and listen. I have a good sense of humour and laugh at most things that would wind up other people. i am passionate and compassionate. As a man I have old fashioned values so I guess I am a gentleman. I am romantic but a real man so I am not a push-over. I can be fiercely protective over the people I love.

I have been hurt so I know what it feels like which is why I would never hurt anbody else.

for fun:
My hobbies are mixed martial arts and extreme fitness. I feel sometimes that I should have been born about 50 years ago when men were men and women were women. Although my hobby seems aggressive - I am not and frankly I am a very gentle person.

I am a martial arts and self defence instructor. I spent years in the military and just love to be physical. I run groups for all ages shapes and sizes and do a lot of work with under-privillaged children and women from domestic abuse backgrounds.

I am currnetly working on a Psychology Degree and it is LOADS of fun.

I LOVE Nandos! In fact I love food full stop. I also love movies with a passion and spending time with good friends. I am not into clubs and loud pubs and prefer to socialize - have BBQ's, Dinner parties and Cuddle-up DVD Nights.

My favourite colour is Green, My favourite book is the Shack. My favourite TV Show is supernatural, My favourite film at the moment mmm too hard I will think on it.

favourite book:
One of my other favourite books is by David Gemmell - called Druss The Legend. It is a fantasy book but with a huge love story behind it (I am a bit of a romantic) You would have to read it to understand how powerful love can be.

To be honest, if you are a genuinely kind, gentle person I would be interested in hearing from you. LOYALTY is right up there on top of my list. In terms of what you like, don't like, do and don't do - frankly I DON'T CARE ! I sound easily pleased don't I ?

Of course, It would be fantastic to find somebody who is beautiful on the outside too but it is NOT top of my list.
