I Would Describe Myself As

I'm not the handsomest man around, or the ugliest. I don't go in for a lot of the frivilous stuff. I guess I'm just old fashioned, old skool. I believe in romance, respect, courtesy, honesty, integrity, taking care of business, faithfulness, and that goes both ways. A man should not have a chick on the side. Communication is a must, no two ways about it. No secrets, no games. Games are for Nintendo, not to play with other peoples hearts and minds. I do not believe in violence. A drum is meant to be beat on, not a woman. Respect the woman or get out. I'm a huge Star Trek fan, and love a lot of movies, but not violent movies or scary movies. I love anything with Will Smith or Queen Latifah in it. I'm nutty about Bill Murray, or Robin Williams, or Ice Cube. I'm also crazy about CSI, CSI Miami, CSI New York, NCIS, and NCIS Los Angeles. You know, I like things that make me think, movies or music. I love slow grooves, mostly old school, todays lyrics are too explicit. I think todays generation has pushed things too far. I have five step children, maybe twelve or thirteen step grand children, and three step great grands. I see them maybe once or month or so. I'm a licensed, ordained minister, but I've been out of church for awhile. I've never smoked, but I did do some other things in my foolish youth that I wish I'd never done, but experience is the best teacher. Unless you've been hands-on, you'll never know. I don't try to compete with anyone. I don't figure I have anything to prove. I love sports, baseball, basketball, football, bowling, soccer, frizbee, volleyball. I love home cooking, fried chicken, barbecue, steak and baked potatoes, chicken fried steak, pizza, mashed potatoes and gravy, black eyed peas, greens, broccolli, cauliflower with cheese sauce, green beans, sweet potato pie, cherry pie. I used to like to do a lot of things, but I lost my wife in 2001, and it hasn't been the same in that department. I've dated black women all my life, exclusively, so I know what it's all about. I've been married twice, widowed. I'm on Social Security, but God takes good care of me. I don't have to worry about what the economy does, God's got my back.
