I am a very down to earth person. I admit to being a little slow at breaking ice, but thats because I firmly believe in quality over quantity. The initial moments is just to buy some time to save a whole lot embarassment later on because of whatever reasons.

I have the lighter side too... I like goofing around with friends sometimes to the bowling alley or just going for a walk in the park. I am big time movie fan (I like thrillers, action, romance the most but anything except animation goes fine with me) and I think the movie theatres should issue some special passes for people like me who go there very often.

I am a big admirer of the open culture here and I hope to find open minded people who can become friends to begin with and if nothing else than stay good friends.

Some of my interest areas (if not covered above) include working out almost 5 times a week, going to the library whenever possible to grab a couple of classics (charles D i c kens, Jane Austin, Dostoevsky are my favorites), watching sitcoms, thinking about absolutely absurd ideas which flickers in my mind for a few seconds and keeps me in awe. Most of them are very anthropological and hover around the existence of mankind -if its just a fluke of nature or is there a real purpose behind it all. I believe in God and these thoughts are driven more to find awe that whatever exists is on purpose. But I am still open to every possibility. Not much concrete thoughts right now but I really want to see where it goes and have resovled that I will write them.
Coming back to the real world (per the dictionary definition ) I do go out occasionally to a bar with friends and catch up with them and enjoy company.

I believe in live and let live philosophy and I generally get along very well with people who are not pushy as I am not one. If you seek advice from me I would be glad to assist but I don't offer it just for the sake of talking myself out at everything. I don't set expectations on people for me.
There would be things which I don't like and pretty much I would say I agree with most people when it comes to character traits. Who would list liars, snobs, cheats in their favorites. I am no different at all. But that doesn't mean I am looking for perfect people. It just is a right balance and I believe that thats what make great friends. They are not perfect but still great friends with their positives and negatives making the right mix. When it comes to liking certain things (non-living), I rather refrain from over exposing myself to it if it doesn't suit my taste, to avoid developing an aversion at a later point in time.
People generally loose my respect when they try to defend just for the sake of an argument unless its officially declared a debate. To me this is arrogance. Ofcourse this just includes people who I haven't known to be my friends.

To make a difference in the lives of a lot of people. I really mean it and still try and challenge my mind into the thought of what way that is going to be.
