In my spare time, I have returned to painting - something I haven't done since high school. Currently, I am attending the School of Practical Philosophy which provides my spiritual grounding. This relates directly to my work as a personal Life Coach (think: sports coach, but for the mind :-). I work with people who are ready to make a change in their life. Well, now it's my turn!
