Hello, in search of a healthy, positive man to get to know over time. I like all the normal girlie things and love to travel most of all. The beach is my happy place. I work out 3-4 days per week, mostly strength training and pilates because I think staying healthy and flexible leads to a longer quality of life. Someone who values life and takes care of himself, not fanatical about the gym but knows working out and movement keeps the heart healthy. I like men who are still gentlemen, empathetic, discreet and who have personal integrity. Someone who is kind and considerate, spiritual, has more of a glass half full perspective, loves to travel, has a good sense of humor, into new experiences. A man with a good sense of himself and has some mastery over his role in most situations. The main physical trait I notice is a nice smile, you can learn a lot about a man from his smile, what he says and how he says it. Someone who is healthy or working towards a healthy lifestyle. A workout partner would be awesome because it would be nice to motivate each other. Hope to meet someone who would like to be friends first and see where the journey takes us.
