A lover of life, exploring the world is what I enjoy but when I am not in Milano I am in NYC working and taking care of business. Granted I am a workaholic as I have not met someone to take time for. I am a runner so must times you will find me running in Central Park. I love all things NYC and would like to share that with someone who dare to explore. Something about different cultures and languages I find intriguing and it would be a please to chat with you. Yes I am a real estate broker here in nyc just in case you need a flat (lol).

An ideal first date for me would be a wine bar. No dinner, no coffee, just a casual drink to get a feel for each other. I'm not one to put my best foot forward in the beginning as (nyc no fee rentals smiley guy)it should be about getting a feel for the person and enjoying the company.. Sometimes we portray ourselves to be who we are not and as a result a false image.

Olen aina halunnut kokeilla

A woman who does not feel like talking 24 x 7 is imperative. Sometimes silence says a whole lot more then non stop chit chatter. I know this is a bit out there but excessive talking can drive a man crazy. What I've always wanted to try? Bungi jumping on Mars (lol, how the hell would I know). Where do they get these questions from?
