An Ideal First Date Would Be

First dates are not always the most comfortable and stress-free situations two people encounter together. Many times people change the way they act, mostly due to nervousness. The common approach is to make it so the nervousness is minimized, whether it is done by changing the scenery from that of the usual date (dinner, movie, etc.), including other people (friends), or other small things like meeting the other person ?there?.

When on a first date, I try not to focus on all of these ?methods? to make a date more relaxing and comfortable. I think it is far simpler to approach the date with a relaxed and comfortable attitude, one that exudes interest, intellect, and of course, confidence. With this attitude, the date goes much more smoothly. This kind of confidence makes asking someone out on a date (whether the guy asks the girl or vice versa) a piece of cake.

Men want someone beautiful and we objectively know what this is. A Discovery health program stated that men overwhelmingly, crossculturally, cross generationally are visually attracted to women who have a 70% ratio from waist to hips. Meaning waist is 70% size of hips. Beauty contestants across the decades have been this way even though they are much slimmer now than 10-20 years ago. Marilyn and Twiggy were both 70% ratio. It is also interesting to know that this is also an immediate indicator of health.
