Hi to every sexy man with SUBSTANCE! I am a woman of quality, education and beauty. I am a certified Foreign Language Correspondent but a late career you-turn brought me to my current profession: I am a highly qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Professional and I am very passionate about my work. I have gone from making a living to making a life. Although I am extremely fit, I do enjoy calmer pursuits, too, such as going out to classy wine bars/jazz clubs, dining out in style, going to the theatre/concerts/opera. I like to indulge in things that make me feel good. I like beautiful clothes and dress up when I go out (high heels are a must! ). But don't assume for a moment that my love for external enhancements makes me in any way superficial - I love to nourish my mind as well as my body. I lose myself in art, literature, music - there is nothing quite like a superbly written book or a sublime painting. I would describe myself as an enthusiastic, articulate, sporty, energetic, driven, sexy, passionate, sensual, loyal, honest, caring and romantic woman.

Horseriding and Fencing. I rode horses at a young age but had to give up due to hayfever. I would love to return to this hobby as it brought me great joy...Fencing is a sport I have always wanted to try - the skills involved and the postural control necessary for perfect technique are fascinating to me. I would love to travel to Africa at some point, a country that has long fascinated me...

I would like to develop as a human being, gain more insight into the person I am and grow in inner peace so that I may help others. This involves trying to better myself in my interaction with others, being more patient and generous with my time and support. I feel the need to learn when to stop loving someone who is unworthy of my heart and energy so that I am free to give to those who value me for more than just external appearance or image and who see my soul when they look into my eyes... I am aiming to progress my career further by taking on other exciting projects that concern Fitness and Health and that remain true to my mantra: Where others claim, I deliver!

Exercise, i.e. being physically active, getting the adrenaline going, endorphins kicking in...Sharing belly laughs with special friends, making good people in my life happy, being romantic and feeling and experiencing ****al chemistry... going on holiday and appreciating and diving into other cultures, driving fast cars, reading quality literature and listening to beautiful music, be it classical or soul and R'nB... plenty of sunshine and good food in nice company... appreciating art and going to exhibitions and concerts...

A man of culture, style, charm, manners and good looks, education and passion... A man who knows how to treat a classy lady, who can confidently romance her and who respects her. Ideally my perfect partner would be athletic in appearance, clean and stylish, have a good taste in clothes and decor, with a good job and comfortable income...
