I am a 69 year old male, 6' 3" tall, weight is about 240 lbs and slowly losing. I have Silver Hair & moustache, Eyes are Hazel and I wear glasses, I am a little on the heavy side, but as I say, I am working on that. I also walk with a cane, to assist me on longer walks which eases my Stenosis on my spine. I am a Type II Diabetic and usually have it under control with Insulin.
