Me describiría a mi mismo como
What can I say? I'm quiet, shy and intelligent... But before you're put off let me add that people never believe me when I describe myself this way! I try to hide it as much as I can, and even when I'm shaking inside I take risks and give myself challenges to do new things and have as much fun as possible! Things do not always work out, but what the heck... If you never try anything you will never know what might have happened! I am very fit and active, looking and behaving much younger than my years! I am very broad minded and there's very little out there that will shock me. Dancing is my passion, particularly Salsa and Kizomba! I think I'm easy going and tolerant, with a liberal outlook on life. I hate pretentious, false people; I like them to be natural and sincere. I have been married and divorced twice, and have lived on my own now for almost 10 years, after living for 7 years in the States. I have both British and American citizenship! I get lonely sometimes, although I still relish my independence. I come from a close, tight-knit family who are very important to me. I'm an advisory teacher with a support service for children with a physical disability who attend mainstream school. Teaching though, for me, is not a vocation. I only do it for the holidays!!! I love to travel and am really hoping to find someone who will be able to keep me company.
I am looking for:
Someone who will make me laugh and keep me company, spend time with me (so much more important than money), understand me and be tolerant of me, welcome my family, give me space to be myself and do my own thing occasionally but be a part of my life just the same, love me and hold me. You do not have to be rich, but financial security and stability are important. And please... Do not ask me to lend you money. (I say this as the result of bitter experience!!) Do not let me down... I need somone I can rely and depend on. I am a very physical person, and holding and touching are very important to me. I like someone who is not afraid to show affection in public and who shows, rather than hides, their feelings. In return I will try and do the same. I realise that we all have things we want to do on our own or that our partner is not interested in, but we still need to find time to do things together.
