Greetings, I am The Upliftter a name given unto me by coworkers, who have acknowledged my positive outlook on things, no matter what the situation is. I always keep a smile and a chuckle by practicing a meditation of slow unto anger and slow unto sadness. To many people let the actions of others dictate their emotional feelings, when at the end of life the only concern is you, and how you lived your life everyday did you stay jolly and joyful or did you spend most of it sad and blue!!!
