Me describiría a mi mismo como
Who me?? Well I am always on run, enjoy spending time with my family (especially my 15 year old daughter), and love to be outdoors--strolling down the beach, camping or going to the farmers market on a sunny Saturday morning picking out fresh ingredients for a romantic dinner at home followed by dessert at a favorite restaurant. Fair warning to readers of this painful exercise in trying to not sound like the last 5 profiles you read ;) I am a political junkie and very interested in world affairs, so if you are not or are uninformed about the world around you, I am going to drive you nuts or bore you to death so save us both and find someone who is a better fit.
I am looking first and foremost for someone I can be the best of friends with that I can trust with my inner most thoughts, emotions and desires even when not hummm how to put it well...the same as the 'normal' people. I am looking for the, so far elusive man that understands that as an independent, strong and well educated woman I am equal in every way to my man, but that does not mean I am the same as a man. I believe men should be able to make a decision and plan an evening or weekend together, be gracious and a gentleman...chivalry is not dead! No really it isn't, I swear :) I want a man that goes out of his way to make sure I know he loves and cherishes me, as am excited to make him feel the same way. Most important is a man that does not fall into the pattern that relationships are all drama all the time and that understands honest communication of feelings and a willingness to work at making a relationship what you want it to be is important to its success or failure.
I want someone to begin the next phase of life with after my daughter is off to college and I have completed college. Someone to explore ourselves, the potential depth of our love and the world with...

It depends on my mood at the moment...one day may want to go out for a romantic dinner somewhere quiet where we can talk and look into each others eyes over cocktails and good food...another time maybe our time is spent playing on the beach or hiking to somewhere beautiful that you want to share with me...perhaps we can get all dressed up on a trip to the casino and hit the craps table...or head out on a trip to somewhere in our country or on the other-side of the world in noble attempt to make it a better place...or maybe we will just lay around in our birthday suits watching TV all day...whatever it is I am just happy to be doing it with someone like you.
